You can use the “You Rock” Pop Rocks Treat Bag Topper either with or without a bag. As I mentioned earlier, if you use these with bags of Pop Rocks, you can just staple the topper onto the Pop Rocks packet, like it is shown in the pictures in this post.

You can also place goodies in a treat bag and staple the free printable treat bag topper to the baggie.
