White Chocolate Hot Chocolate Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1 to 1 & 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips, depending on the taste and level of sweetness you would like
  • 1/2 gallon of milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint for garnish, optional (or you could use candy cane spoons)

Note about the white chocolate choice: This is an integral flavor in your white chocolate hot chocolate, so don’t buy the cheapest white chocolate you can find. You could even skip out on using white chocolate chips and use something like chopped up White Chocolate Lindor Truffles. Holy yum!
