Have you seen all of the huge summer bucket lists on Pinterest?  I don’t know if you’re like me, but they sometimes cause me to feel a little panicked.  100 things to do over the summer?  That’s a lot of pressure!

To change up the Summer Bucket List with a fun twist, I thought I would make a printable Summer Fun Bingo page.  This page contains just 16 activities to choose from.  You can try for a classic bingo by just completing four activities in a line or diagonally, or even in just the four corners, if you prefer.

Of course, your family might decide to be a little more adventurous and try to get them all done before the end of the summer.  Do you know what the beauty of that is though?  That’s still only 16 things!

So, print out this Summer Fun Bingo page for your family, post it on your refrigerator, and see how long it takes your family to get a bingo!

Here are the Fun Summer Activities that are listed on this Free Printable:

(You can download the printable below)

1. Go firefly watching in a grassy area.  {If you catch them, be sure to let them go!}

2. Visit a favorite museum or explore one that you’ve never been to before.

3. Have a watermelon seed spitting contest.

4. Work together to put on your own shadow puppet show.

5. Seek out craft ideas that your family would enjoy and complete at least one.

6. Go on a family hike or bike ride.

7. Build a fairy house.

8. Get something to eat from a food truck.  {Hey – even an ice cream truck counts.}

9. Camp out in the backyard. {It’s okay even if it’s just for a few hours during the day.}

10. Enjoy some locally produced food at the Farmers Market.

11. Get out a star chart or app and go star gazing. Look for planets as well!

12. Play a traditional playground game like four square, hopscotch, or kickball.

13. Invite friends over for a cookout. Have everyone in your family help plan it.

14. Have a family game night with your favorite board games.

15. Visit a county or state fair. {Bonus: Ride at least one ride and eat at least one deep fried goodie.}

16. Run through the sprinkler or have a water balloon fight.

What are some of your favorite fun summer activities for your family?

Note: This download is free for personal use. It cannot be sold, published, or hosted on other websites. If you want to pass along the printable though, please feel free to share a link to this post (not directly to the printable) with others. Thanks! (See full terms of use details.)

    I’m glad that I’m not the only one that panics at the sight of those summer bucket lists! I always think where are these people finding all this time? lol This is great and will be fun! I am going to change it up to beaches in our area since we are trying to visit more of them this summer. Thanks for the great idea!
