In March and April (or any time of year), you can enjoy crafting, coloring, and learning about St. Patrick, St. Joseph, St. Bernadette, St. George, and St. Catherine of Siena. This Catholic Saints crafts and activities packet offers several different types of fun and educational activities and coloring opportunities for your family.

I’m so excited to offer this brand new type of Catholic Saints crafts and activities packet! Many of my other Catholic saint packets have been about just one saint at a time. However, this one not only has some very different content, but it’s also a collection of five saints together!

You can use this Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities packet at home, in your classroom, or in Sunday School or Religious Education. I really love that there are a variety of activities in this packet (and most in black and white and color), so you’ll be able to make this work in the best way possible for your family or classroom.

Printable Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities Packet for Kids (Volume 1)

This printable set of Catholic saints crafts and activities is a great way to have fun while learning more about the five featured saints. The 45-page packet includes multiple ways to engage with children about the saints. I’ll be sharing more about the activities included further down.

The saints included in the first edition of the Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities Packet all have feast days in March and April. However, you can use this packet at any time of year.

The saints included in this packet

Saints included in Volume One of This Packet:

  • Saint Patrick (March 17) – I have a full Saint Patrick packet with different activities that you might also like
  • Saint Joseph (March 19) – Full Saint Joseph packet with different activities that you might also like
  • St. Bernadette (April 16)
  • Saint George (April 23) – Full Saint George packet with different activities that you might also like
  • Saint Catherine of Siena (April 29)

Catholic Saint Coloring Pages

You and your kids will love these no prep saint activities to work on coloring, crafting, writing, drawing, and learning more about five amazing saints. This is such a great way to really focus on a small group of saints at the same time or to spend some time on each individual saint.

This printable packet is perfect to use from mid-March through the end of April when these saints have their feast days. However, I don’t like relegating particular saints to their feast days, so I think this is wonderful to use at any time of year.

Age and Grade Levels for the Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities Packet for Kids (Vol. 1)

Because of the inclusion of a variety of activities, this packet is good for a number of ages. I think this packet will be especially good for children in preschool through second grade.

However, I think that children older than this would still enjoy the coloring pages, stand up saint statue crafts, reading the mini books on their own, and maybe even some of the other pages.

How to Grab and Print The Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities Packet for Kids (Vol. 1)

Unlike most of the printables on Real Life at Home, this is a paid set. However, just like with other paid sets, I have it at an affordable price for everything that is included. Plus I currently have the packet on sale for 30% off!

I’m going to tell more about the contents of this packet in a second, but in case you just want to go grab it now, I wanted to give you a chance to do that now. Otherwise, you can keep scrolling to read more about what’s included.

If you happen to have any printing issues (which I wouldn’t expect), I have some tips here that can help with a variety of issues that sometimes pop up because of different web browsers or updates.

I recommend printing this packet on either regular white printer paper or on white cardstock depending on which pages you’re printing. In particular, I would recommend that you print the stand up statue crafts on cardstock even if you print everything else on regular paper.

Catholic Saints Crafts and Activities Packet (Volume 1) Contents

Printable Saint Mini Books

Printable Saint Mini Books

There is one mini book for each of the five featured saints. These can be printed on a single side of one page and folded to make a four page mini book.

Each mini book features a cover with a symbol or picture related to that saint, a coloring area of the saint, a short biography of the saint, and a facts page on the back. These are available in both black and white and color so there are 10 pages of saint mini books total.

Saint Cut Apart Puzzles

Catholic Saint Puzzles

There is one cut apart puzzle per featured saint. With these cut apart puzzles, children can cut apart the puzzle and then place it back together by spelling the saint’s name. These are available in both black and white and color for a total of 10 pages.

Post continues after this brief information about a monthly membership to help you live the liturgical year

Monthly Liturgical Membership

If you want to be able to use these over and over again, you could laminate puzzles and then cut them apart. (Here’s an inexpensive home laminator I love.) If you use the black and white version, I recommend coloring them yourself or having your child color them before you laminate the puzzle.

Printable Saint Coloring Pages

Catholic Saint Coloring Pages

The coloring pages included in this packet:

  • Saint Patrick Coloring Page
  • Holy Trinity Shamrock Coloring Page
  • Saint Joseph Coloring Page
  • Saint Bernadette Coloring Page
  • St. George Coloring Page
  • St. Catherine of Siena Coloring Page

Stand Up Saint Statue Crafts

Saint Crafts for Saint Catherine of Siena, Saint Patrick, and Saint Joseph

For the saint statue crafts, I recommend coloring the saint prior to cutting it out if you are using the black and white version. After the saint is in color (either from coloring it or using the colored version), cut out the saint statue and attach the sides of the base to make a stand up saint statue craft.

I definitely recommend printing these pages on white cardstock.

Since this craft comes in black and white and color, there are ten total pages of saint statue crafts. In the picture, Saint Joseph and Saint Catherine of Siena are both the color versions and Saint Patrick is the black and white version and I used markers to color him prior to assembling.

Fun decorating idea: The color saint statues could be used for decorations in your home or classroom.

Draw and Write Saint Activity Pages

Draw and Write Saint Activity Pages

There is one page per featured saint. Each page includes drawing, writing, and coloring activities. This page is only available in black and white, so there are a total of five Draw and Write Saint Pages.

Saint Joseph Maze Page

This is a one-page easy maze for children to help Saint Joseph get to Saint Mary and baby Jesus. If children want to, they can color the Holy Family.
