The news of the invasion of Ukraine can be difficult to understand and deal with emotionally. While you’re discussing these events with children, it can be nice for them to have an outlet to express their feelings. They can use these simple free printable Pray for Ukraine and Stand with Ukraine Coloring Pages for children. 

My heart has really been heavy as I follow the news about the invasion of Ukraine. It’s hard to know much more to say about the situation – it’s just senseless and that makes it hard to come up with the right words.

It’s not only adults who feel that way. Kids right now are feeling some of those same emotions as they see news coverage, hear others talk about the invasion and the things the Ukrainian people are going through, and work through their own emotions about it.
