Celebrate Autumn With These Fun Family Activities

Summer bucket lists are checked off and put away. The lazy, crazy, hazy days of summer have morphed into crisp, cool fall days, and it’s time to celebrate!

We all have our standard fall activities: apple picking, checking out the gorgeous leaves, pumpkin patches, and more. It’s always fun to add a few extras to the list, though.

Check out these links for an assortment of fun fall festivities!

100+ Fall Activities and Crafts for Kids – Our Bucket List: This massive list is separated by category {pumpkins, sensory, crafts, etc.} and has some super-fun activities included. One of my faves {and something I never thought of before}: leaf doodling.

50 Fun Fall Activities: This Real Simple checklist is a functioning online checklist that you can save as you update. I love how they include many things that the family can do together.

50 Activities for Autumn: You can find tons of fun stuff here! Leaf skeletons, PVC pipe tents, apple pies, and more. This is a great assortment of crafts, cooking, and outdoor fun!

Fall Crafts: Even more craft ideas can be found on this site, but they’re not your standard leaf crafts. I absolutely adore the folded paper fall leaves!

Celebrating each season with simple activities helps build family bonds and gives children something special to look forward to. Pick a few items from the links above, place them on your calendar and enjoy cozy time with the family!
