I have looked through all the links to find the link to the photo you used in your post, and I couldn’t find it. It is perfect and exactly what I am looking for! Do you have this file and any others like it? Or do you know where I can find it? Otherwise I can make it – just thought I’d see if it had already been done somewhere. Thanks!

Lindsay, that’s the personal planner that I made because I couldn’t find one that fit all of my needs. I put one child on each page.
It’s in MS Publisher. If you have Publisher and would like a copy of the file, I’d be happy to send you one. Email me at [email protected] and I’ll send it over. 🙂
