The following Saint Jon Bosco Coloring Page Printable post is from Kristen of Drawn2BCreative:

Saint John Bosco’s feast day is coming up on January 31st!  Since I’ve found that children are much better at listening to stories and books when they have something to keep their hands busy.  So this year while you teach your kids about Saint John Bosco, keep their hands busy coloring this free Saint John Bosco Coloring Page.

He’s particularly known for helping children, especially delinquent boys. But one reason I love teaching my kids about him is Saint John Bosco also juggled and did magic tricks! He is certainly an interesting saint to learn about and teach to your own children.

His name and one of my favorite quotes are in the coloring sheet in bubble letters so they can color them in too.

You can always find information about saints online, but my kids love books. If you are looking for a great one to teach your kids about Saint John Bosco, check out St. John Bosco and Saint Dominic Savio (Vision Books S).

Pick up a copy, if you have an awesome Catholic bookstore nearby. It’s also available on Amazon for around $10. I know it’s geared toward 6-8 year olds, but I read it out loud to my 4-year-old. Depending on her attention span (which is greatly increased while coloring), we’ll read anywhere from a few pages to the whole book!
