About the eBook Homeschooling by the Numbers:
Homeschooling by the Numbers is a 74 page collection of quite a variety of topics related to homeschooling, all tied together by one other common bond – each essay was written around a certain number of items. They touch on areas from toddlers to adolescents, from reading to science to art, and from formal studies to taking trips. I think that, beyond that, they also all offer the reader encouragement in their homeschooling journey.
As often happens in a collection with a large variety of topics like this one, you will (hopefully) find essays that really speak to you or your situation. They might be so perfect that it feels like it was written just for you. If so, I’m so happy! However, you also might find some of the essays that don’t apply to your particular season of life or situation at all. I hope, however, that you are able to take at least a little something away from each essay – a new idea, a new outlook, or just the knowledge that someone else is dealing with the same situations as you.
Important Note: This is the second edition of this eBook. In 2011, the first edition was available to download through The Homeschool Classroom, and there were even some free download codes for subscribers and Facebook fans. While many of the essays have remained in the second edition, there are some new ones, some have been removed, and the whole thing has been reformatted.
