Blueberry Peach Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 1 banana
  • 2 large handfuls of spring greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons ground flax seed optional
  • protein powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into your blender in the order shown above, unless your blender recommends a different loading order.
  • Blend to your desired consistency and enjoy.

Notes

I like to use at least one frozen food item in my smoothies because I like them to be very cold, but I don't want to add ice. If you don't care about having them extra cold, you can opt for fresh peaches, but then you may want to add some ice.
