1Granny Smith applecut into sections (with peels or not)
2large handfuls of spinach
1cupfrozen pineapple chunks
1scoopprotein powderoptional
1tablespoonof ground flaxseedoptional
Instructions
Add ingredients to your blender in the mentioned order and blend until it is at your desired consistency.
Serve immediately.
Notes
This recipe doesn't call for ice, but you can add it if you prefer. I use all of my ingredients cold and always use one ingredients that is frozen so that I can use that instead of ice for making the smoothie cold.
