Many of us also know it can be a giant pain to bake one from scratch. Enter the luscious, scrumptious, creamy, decadent, and pretty much all around perfect No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake. It takes 10 minutes to prep this dessert icon even considering the time to make your own crust.
1 1/2cupscrumbs from graham crackerscan also use shortbread cookies or ginger snap cookies
1/3cupwhite sugar
6Tbsp.buttermelted
For the filling
16ozcream cheese at room temperature
1/2cupsugar
4Tbsp.lemon juice
1cupwhipping cream
1/8tsp.salt
1poundfresh strawberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well blended.
Starting at the sides, use your fingers to press the mixture into a pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes until the crust starts to brown lightly. Set aside to cool for about 1 hour.
After the shell is cool, put cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, salt and whipping cream into a stand mixer and beat on high for about 45 seconds. Mixture will be fluffy and should be mostly free of lumps.
Spread filling into pie shell. Slice strawberries and arrange on the top as desired.
Note: To make strawberries more heart shaped cut a notch a small triangle into the stem end of each slice.
