Granny Smith Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup almond coconut milk or your favorite type of milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cut into sections (with peels or not)
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed optional


  • Add ingredients to your blender in the mentioned order and blend until it is at your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.


This recipe doesn't call for ice, but you can add it if you prefer. I use all of my ingredients cold and always use one ingredients that is frozen so that I can use that instead of ice for making the smoothie cold.
