Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon Celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 large onion
  • pickling cucumbers

Instructions
 

  • Slice unpeeled cucumbers (thinly) and sliced onion into glass jars. Pack tightly.
  • Bring spices, sugar and vinegar to a boil.
  • Pour over cucumbers and onions.
  • Store in fridge. Mix occasionally. (Keeps for many months.)
