This easy to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars will save you preparation time, since it uses both a cake mix for the base and a no bake cheesecake topping. It’s your chance to enjoy chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake together in a wonderful treat!
In a large mixing bowl, mix together vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and water until well blended.
Add cake mix to your large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients together by hand until well blended.
Fold chocolate chips into the mixture.
Spread into the bottom of your pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool completely.
Steps for Cheesecake Topping:
In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar.
Mix on high until smooth. Depending on the thickness of topping that you would like on cookie crust, you may want to make two batches of the cheesecake topping.
Spread evenly over the chocolate chip cookie bottom.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
