Blueberry Peach Green Smoothie
  • 1 cup of milk or milk alternative (I use coconut almond milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 large handfuls of spring greens
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed (optional)
  • protein powder (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients into your blender in the order shown above, unless your blender recommends a different loading order.
  2. Blend to your desired consistency and enjoy.
I like to use at least one frozen food item in my smoothies because I like them to be very cold, but I don't want to add ice. If you don't care about having them extra cold, you can opt for fresh peaches, but then you may want to add some ice.
