Granny Smith Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • 1 cup almond coconut milk (or your favorite type of milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into sections (with peels or not)
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed (optional)
  1. Add ingredients to your blender in the mentioned order and blend until it is at your desired consistency.
This recipe doesn't call for ice, but you can add it if you prefer. I use all of my ingredients cold and always use one ingredients that is frozen so that I can use that instead of ice for making the smoothie cold.
