Coconut Milk Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk (14 oz)
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
  1. Place chocolate chips in a medium heat-safe bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat coconut milk to steaming, this can be done in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  3. Pour the coconut milk over the chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes.
  4. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Let cool.
  5. Store in refrigerator. Can be reheated when ready to serve.
