The following is a post from contributing writer, Michelle Cannon of The Holistic Homeschooler.
I read a lot of blogs and subscribe to even more. I enjoy homeschool blogs and learn a lot from them. Today, I’m sharing a few that I consider must-follow blogs. I highly recommend the following blogs and suggest you subscribe to them.
Jimmie’s Collage – Jimmie’s homeschool blog is an excellent resource for creative, hands-on Charlotte Mason homeschooling information. It’s also great for learning about notebooking.
Confessions of a Homeschooler – Erica is one creative mama. Not only are her posts helpful but she has channeled that creative talent into creating quality homeschool curriculum products. I especially enjoy her posts sharing her unit studies.
The Unlikely Homeschool – Where do I begin? This is a classic hodgepodge blog. Recipes, art tutorials, organization ideas, you name it, she’s got it.
Hodgepodge – Speaking of hodgepodge, if you’re looking for a site with homeschooling, homemaking and home cooking, this is it. I just love her art tutorials. They’re a big help in my homeschool.
Weird, Unsocialized Homeschoolers – Kris always has something worthwhile posted. Her posts are always useful, encouraging or offer something that you can apply to real-life homeschooling.
Homeschool Diaries – This is a newer blog on my list. Brenda has a great sense of humor and describes her blog a a place where “homeschool meets real life.”
What types of blogs do you like to read? Which bloggers do you follow?
