Many Little Links: February 6, 2012

A Year of Better Blogging – The SITS Girls
I have thought about some of these things many times, like when I will share someone’s post here on the links or on Facebook, but not even bother to leave a comment on it.  Blogging has really changed (having been blogging now for over five years), and in some ways – it would be nice to go back to some of the old way.

Baked Chicken Taquitos – Giving Up on Perfect
Mary usually has some pretty yummy looking recipes, and this is no exception.  So, after pinning it on my lunch and dinner ideas board (yummy stuff!), I just had to share it here too.

About Food Network’s “The Big Waste” – Somewhat Crunchy
I watched this program as well, and was pretty disgusted.  But, then I read this post by Cheryl and found myself nodding in agreement to pretty much everything she had to say about it.

Stained Glass Paintings – Let’s Explore
What a cool project to do with kids!  Hang on — who are we kidding?  I really would like to try it out myself, just for fun.

Why White Vinegar Should Be in Your Laundry Room – Mama’s Laundry Talk
I have been using vinegar with my laundry since I first read about it at Mama’s Laundry Talk.  So, I really enjoyed this guest post about it as well.

Why I’m Not a Militant Homeschooler – Jimmie’s Collage

Teaching Children to Fill Out Forms – Five J’s
It’s part of life.  But, it’s also a thing that a lot of kids (especially homeschoolers) just don’t really know how to do.

Baked Cauliflower Poppers – Delighted Momma
A sentence that I never anticipated that I would say, “Wow – that cauliflower sounds kind of good, doesn’t it?”

The Ultimate Menu Board – The Creative Mama
Hey Eric – I realize you are probably not reading through these links.  However, we need to give this a go.  I love this set up!

I look forward to reading through these! Thanks so much for posting all these interesting links. How do you find the time to find all these? :)

Some of them are blogs that I am subscribed to in my Google reader (that’s a bunch of them). And, then some are ones that I see on Pinterest or just in a variety of other places. :)

I’m sure it would save me some time if I didn’t do these, but I like being able to share some love with other bloggers. :)

    Thanks for the shout-out, Angie.
Cauliflower is one of our favorite veggies, and I saw that pinned at Pinterest too. I want to try it!
Oh, wow. The menu board is amazing. But a bit TOO organized for me. :-)

No – thank you for the great post! :)

I’m thinking about ways to modify that menu board to fit what I already have in my hallway next to the kitchen. (I have two bulletin boards.) I really have just been challenged in the menu planning area the last few years. I don’t know what’s up with that.

I am going to have to come back when I have more time and read these links! I already follow Giving Up on Perfect and totally agree–she had me wanting to make taquitos at 8 am. Too bad we’re fresh out of tortillas!!

I know — it’s ridiculous. I’m not even overly crazy about taquitos, but I’ve been hungry for them since Mary posted about them.
